Medicine Wheel Wellness
Neil Short returns for professional, certified outdoor fitness training for 50 and over adults. Stay strong. Dress in your workout wear. Bring water, a towel, sunscreen. You must sign waiver to participate. Make sure your doctor says you’re eligible for a fitness class. The class is free but your donations go to The Casper Mural Project, The Casper Greenhouse Project, and abroad to Ukrainian refugees. There will be no class on Art Walk nights unless posted.
All abilities welcome. Bring mat and water.
Most Thursdays will be 50 Plus Fitness.
Some – mindfulness, meditation, yoga,
Qigong, sound baths, and labyrinth walks.
