Yoga Soul Second Mondays

“I have sensed your spirit in the night. You have not been sleeping. You are troubled, as I am, walking to the window, searching for the moon, as if the moon had an answer. You want to enfold those who are hurting.
You want to shelter those who suffer. But your arms are not wide enough and your heart alone is not able to carry the weight of worry for so many others hidden in the shadows. I will stay with you through the night. I will search with you for the moon, knowing that even a pale light is better than no light at all, taking comfort from knowing that we are awake together.”
We will join together for our monthly online YogaSoul gathering on June 13, 2022, at 5:30 p.m.
Brought to you by the Episcopal Church in Wyoming and The Table.
YogaSoul is a spiritually embodied experience for the head, heart, mind, and body.
Yoga is the practice of union or connection between the self and the divine; between the intelligence centers of mind, heart, and body. This physical response is a reminder of the way we are invited to live on earth; present, connected, and inclusive.
During YogaSoul we aim to practice giving thanks through the connection of our embodied selves to God’s love and each other.
Our YogaSoul Facilitators this month will be the Rev. Jennie Ketner and Yogi Elliott Ramage. The theme is Finding Light in the Dark.
